The birth of the company in 1979<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gomitex was founded in 1979 as a textile processing company, developed in this field until the late 1980s when Massimo Di Braccio, owner and founder of the company, began the conversion into a textile machinery overhaul and trade company.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Flanked by his father Augusto he increased his presence in the market, first locally and then nationally to cover the foreign market in the late 1980s.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the 1990s, the company found ample scope in the Egyptian market, eventually landing in the large Maghreb market in the early 2000s.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Over the years, as his father Augusto passed away, his wife Chiara Ramella joined the company, who still handles the administrative and logistical side of the business, playing a key role in the company.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the first half of the 2000s, Gomitex shifted its focus to important new customers in the eastern market, particularly in Pakistan and India, achieving nearly 80 percent of its sales in these states.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After 2010 while maintaining pre-existing market shares, it finds space in the Cameroonian and Syrian markets in addition to beginning to enter the South American market in countries such as: Ecuador, Mexico and Peru.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After 2015 comes the time to look out for the Russian and Chinese markets, very profitable markets until the pre-pandemic interlude. Currently, with the emergency over, relations with the Chinese market continue while they are momentarily unfortunately suspended with Russia due to embargo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
